You have run out of user licenses.
This happens when too many people sign in. For example, you have 10 licenses, but the 11th pserson just signed in. DON'T FREAK OUT, just READ the hints below to solve the problem immediately.

Ask another user to sign out
Go to Settings > Technical > More Options > Signed In Users > and manually sign out other users.
Ask your famsoft consultant for more users.
